Morning Guys,
Has anyone tried this Jay Cutler 8 week program yet?
I was looking at it yesterday, seems decent.
I'm struggling to keep motivated...busy with post cycle now.
Might be just what I need, a good program to follow while in the gym!
Want to start next week, any feedback would be appreciated.

I think rather just make your own program geared towards your goals.
All these programs are very universal catering for a wide range of body types.
Its not so hard to work out a program just sit down and work something out my first program i used all the exercises i loved. Now that im a bit more into gyming i know where im lagging so i hammer those parts more like my calves i do everyday now.

I agree with mince. These programs work. but they are generic. Rather use your own knowledge and use such a program as an outline to adapt it to cater for your own body.

I reccommend a hst style program. I used this during pct and while i was off.. only a 3 day split. Heavy compound movements.. worked like a bomb for me

Thanks for replies guys.
I'm back training with my own program again.
Used this for two weeks during post cycle.
So I only did two out of the eight weeks.
It wasn't half bad, but as you mentioned it is a little generic. It was more for motivation than anything else.
I would recommend it for a beginner though.
