hola gents it been a while since I dropped in hehe, anyway I was involved in a cycling accident last year n I damaged my left hand badly(cement for 2 months),so beginning of march I went back to training but am unable to train chest or shoulder coz any weight above 15kilo plates my left hand basically gves up n the pain is excruciating, dumbell work is even worse I ended up taking painkillers before and after sessions(not a good idea me thinks) so my question is (1) do I wait longer for it to b fully recovered? (2) or do I continue lightweight training till the pain goes away before going heavy again? (3) Do I run a deca cycle to boost recovery( as suggested by gym pard- 100mg deca/200mg cyp for 10-12 weeks) eish m mad confused what do I do? plus that stick figure I tried to make dissapear seems to b making a come back kwaaak when it rains it pours any ideas gents?

I have a fractured wrist which has grown back abnormal and also experience pain. My suggestion is to lower weights and concentrate on your wrist movement and try to keep it as straight as possible and pay attention to when you start to feel pain to learn your movement limitation and take it from there. Maybe the other members have better suggestions.

You don't get it by wishing, staring, or hoping. You don't get it easy. You get it by working your ass off every single day.

U gonna have to adapt. Really slow negatives and positives on each rep,3-4 seconds each way on a rep. Constant tension on the muscle. Like Francis benefato

try a decent wrist guard, the type with broad velcro straps and aluminium inserts
