Morning All

Did a hectic session of legs on Sunday and today I pretty much cant walk, I have legs again tomorrow and was wondering what would be the best thing apart from sleep and rest to get my legs ready for the session tomorrow?

I don't have any supplements for recovery at this time

If it's to sore to train then don't train them, rest is the key to recovery. Epsom salt bath and stretching will also help.

If you are training legs properly then you won´t be able to train them twice a week, nor would you need to.
