Gym Partner needed

Hi all

I am looking for someone who would be willing to train with me and that would be willing to teach me the ropes of gyming and what to do and what no to do. I have been gyming alone for a year now and I know I am clueless. I am not from around Johannesburg and have no mates to train with here. It would be awesome if someone with experience with cycles and the various products could please help me? I am located in Rivonia. Any takers?
