Off season rugby preparation was created by Big2B
Hi Everyone
I am a 26 year old rugby player,I love to improve my game each season.
This off season I have decided to take some testobolin 325 to get some gains and strength and all round better body performance to get ready for the season that lies ahead.
The season starts end of feb.
My question is
Whilst running this course do I:
1-Just gym weights only
2-gym weights and walk on treadmill to keep fat levels down
3-gym weights and do hard rugby training every other day
Please give me positive advice as at the moment I am just doing weights and wondering if its the best thing to do.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

You have started a little late for season man. Well end of Feb is fine-ish.. Normally October/November is hypertrophy (Size gaining) then December/Jan you are doing conditioning and strength training with field work.. I'm sure you know that though.
I would suggest working with 6-12 rep range, maintain a certain level of conditioning/cardio, I would say 3 times a week, incorporate a lot of super set work as well.
As iMan said, any specific reason for that steroid? What are your stats, height, weight and bodyfat % and position?
