I work during the day 8am to 5pm . I am also a fitness instructor. I run Zumba classes 7 times a week and toning classes twice a week. I do these classes during my lunch breaks and after work. So as it is at the moment, I don't have much time to do other workouts...and my body is now used to all the workouts I do. I usually stay behind after my evening classes to do my own toning where I increase the intensity and weights etc...but I am finding I get too tired very quickly because of the days activity I had already done.
What can I do to see results again without having to spend even more time in the gym after my classes? Should I try a different type of work out completely like swimming/cycling/running? Or should I just be more strict with my diet?
Feeling quite demotivated***

to be honest at 20% you're pretty lean, to get the results you're looking for you'd need a proper diet, you're obviously quite active so that isn't the problem.
you need to workout calories taken in, and make sure you're at a caloric deficit. a decent diet should have food weighed in grams, not portions. you'd also need to break down the macro nutrients. once all that is done its very easy to tweak it as you go along

These fat burners MrFeathers is suggesting is not at all like the fat burners you get on the shelf of Dischem. Also not as legal either.
