Mid Cycle temporary retirement due to flu. was created by Fris-ouk
Hey People,
I have search the forum under "general Section" - "Training" for relevant & applicable info.
I spotted three threads re:1) "training after surgery", 2) a tread subjected with some of the following words: "lazy days off" and 3) "flu and Training".
However non of these addressed my question sufficiently.
Q: When you in a certain cycle taking the chosen orals and midway through your cycle develop(get) a flu. When you temporary retire from your training regime, in order to recover. Do you (a) stop taking the orals or (b) reduce the dosage or (c) continue with the cycle's prescribed orals\.
Logic indicates that I should abandon the intake of orals, temporary retire from my training and thus the cydle, when recovered assume cycle again and resume taking the prescribed orals.
Please comment.
Should this been addressed previously I apologies, please refer me to relevant "thread" (topic).

It all depends on what compounds you are taking bud so like Oupa is saying we need to know that first before we can advise.
