quads training with injury was created by yster
Hi gents
I am going to start my cycle this week (starting Sunday)
I know squads is most important but I have trouble doing squats with my neck injury and obviously I do not want to go too heavy .

can I still build decent muscle in the long run without going heavy on squats/or can I exclude this exercise for legs? its hard to even to do 50kg squats without having some sort of discomfort .what will be the best exercises to do to still build decent muscle without making full use of squats.

I know there is a lot of topics regarding leg exercises ect but maybe there is some gents that also have or had a similar neck injury who can share his leg routine without compromising legs or possible neck injury. I know mike has a friend who also broke his neck maybe you have some input also mike…
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks gents.

thanks mike good to know not doing heavy squats will not hold back legs hopefully too much.
so i guess i just have to mix it up drop sets/ total failure /rest pause technique ect in order to get maximum results.
