Leg Day! was created by BushRat
Quick Question:

Anybody out there do a leg day, and after the "jelly legs" set in, got sick. As in PUKED my lungs out! For about 2 minutes. Ive been in full training for 3 months now. My workout tracker shows a 25% increase in weight on leg day in this period. Over Training? or Dont worry about it?

Have a good one guys.

Congrats, solid workout. A little puke once or twice a week is normal on my side.

it happens dude, maybe you pushed yourself a little too hard. ive been training for years but still get nauseous after a leg session.

just suck it up. it will get better as you go along.

I find it helps to hydrate throughout the day (if you train at night) and then avoid taking in too much water during training.
Also, make sure there is a gap between your last meal and hitting the gym
Hope this helps

Mike123,

Your gonna yell at me now, but i train 13 on 1 off. 7th day no weights intense cardio, abs and core work out. Almost a P90X kind of training. Rest of my program is spread out over 6 days.

Am i over training a bit?

Shedding the weight and the muscle is getting harder though.

If it is working dont fix ...but if u start feeling down and miserable /moody and dont feel like gym ...then u are over training.. B)

Its from oxygen depletion - breathe.
Make sure your gut is fairly empty. I cant train with a full stomach at all.
