Painful lower back pumps was created by RvP
Hey guys...so tonight I had a game of action soccer, while playing, I had to stop for a while coz of what felt like really painful lower back pumps.

Came home, after a while it hit me again. Any idea what could be causing this?

Keep in mind that I'm on my 1st week of a super test only cycle

You sure its a pump? How is your water intake - could it be kidney pains?

Haha no refs in our game. Had to just lay flat on my back till it went away. Its kinda hard to enjoy it when you cant even stand up straight!

The only thing I can think of is the prop in the supertest causing it. This is unlikely however it is the only thing that I can think of.

I find that monster energy has way more taurine than red bull and it is a better drink anyway.

Another option for you is going to dischem and getting taurine caps. Koe said that you can get it for roughly R60 but I couldn't find it for anything less than R250 so look around and see what you can get.

Im also thinking that it could be the prop. The last time I played, about 3 weeks ago and never had an issue. Those taurine caps, are they the Solgar brand?

Before you get taurine, supplement with magnesium and potassium - you probably just need electrolytes.

I'm no expert, but I've read that the lower back muscles take the longest of all muscle groups to recover. I think Arnold says this in Encyclopaedia of Bodybuilding.

"Oscar Mike, Oscar Alpha One, confirm your name begins with Charlie"
