Exciting new training programmes?? was created by PoisonedPulse
So this is the story gents...

Been on the same training programme for a few months, an it's gotten to a point where I'm going to gym without a plan, training whatever's feel like, doing whatever exercise comes to mind or whatever is free...

As you notice, a big problem... Kills my motivation, and often end up short setting exercises...

With cycle coming up next week, I'm looking for something to follow for a couple weeks, something new and exciting..

I had a look at the Dorian Yates blood and guts 6 week programme that pyro posted on another thread, looks decent,

So my question? Can you guys share any training programmes that you have used, and found succession in? Something with variety and something new to look forward too....

Your input would be appreciated :)

Training from home and alone, I get bored and demotivated pretty quickly.

I have experimented with a 6 day program which broke the monotony for me a bit. Simply day 1 body parts = day 4 body part (eg. chest & bi's) , day 2 = day 5 and day 3 = day 6.

Day 1-3 I focus on compound exercises and day 4-6 on isolation exercises and then also at times swing day 1 -3 on heavy weight low rep and day 4-6 on light weight, form and higher rep. I usually train Mon - Fri with two rest days.

Lord.... I know its not the same. Read my post again. Not talking about STF at all just quoted u as I submise FSF and FST would probably be silimar.

Jim stopannis 12 week to size..
It has 3 phases..

Phase 1-
Week1- 12-15reps
Week2- 9-11reps
Week3- 6-8reps
Week4- 3-5reps
Phase 2 and 3 repeat..
I'm on week3 of phase 1 and I'm seen good results, you can go on bodybuilding.com and see his exact exercises if need be, I've been doing similar..
