1.is the anything that I can take or do so that I don't loose my muscle size
2.which products I must not use that will make me too hungry so that I don't get to fast
3.should I still gym or I must wait for the fasting month to finish

The best I'd say is to follow an intermittent fasting diet. I gave it a shot last year doing 16 hours with no food per day for a few months and was surprised at how well it works. It's not very hard to follow. There are lots of thread on this here:

tough one... firstly keep training, just figure out when you going to train, you dont have to train hardcore like you normaly do.
last year i was training first thing the morning.. was at gym at 5am, trained for around 40mins then had a shake(the shake was whey protein blended with raw oats a banana with some honey and glutamine),4 boiled eggs and 4-5 dates, chowed this down before Fajr. Thats all i ate to carry me thru the day. Not sure what i'm going to do this year as last year i was dieting and working on fitness. This year its way different and i'm working shifts this time.

everyone is different, you gonna have to see what works for you thru trial and error. Have lots of casein protein for sehri, cottage cheese, etc. I find that i, personally, get too drained out and after some light training in the 1st week, am too tired and drained to train until after Ramadaan. Its really hard to get back into training for me too, so i usually go on a small cycle of testosterone thereafter to try and get back into the groove. Thou with the gyno symptoms i been getting last time around, not sure if i am gonna do the test this year. Plus i hate having to use nolva thru the cycle.

Slm bro, my advice would be that u train 3days a week(mon-wed-fri)between asr and maghrib with max intensity the rest days inbetween help with ur recovery, I found that 500ml milk with dates and fruits for iftaar and a solid meal 10-20min before eesha with a protien shake between eesha and taraweeh worked wonders hey, post taraweeh have onother solid meal b4 sleeping, wake up atleast 90min befoer sehri ends have another solid meal and a protien shake just before sehri ends, also try and squeeze atleast 3-4 liters of water between iftar n sehri, cut out cardio for the entire month of ramadhaan and try to sleep more on weekends during the day and u should be tops, I found by just changiing my eating times and not the quantities I did not lose energy strengh or size through out ramadhaan, ramadhaan and eid mubaraak bro, train hard and enjoy the fast wassalaam

the brutality of war, never changes, and the out of control desire to win, makes everything dangerous.

so to the guys fasting, how goes the training? I am using condense pre-workout...managing to train at around 80% to prior fasting. Seem to be maintaining...not doing anything special. Breaking fast with dates, water and whey. Then taking condense 15min later to train.

I started training first thing in the morning for the first week but then the last two weeks I have been travelling cos of work, so no gym during the week. So for the last two weeks I've put in 1 training session each weekend at about 4:40pm to 5:30pm. Doing 3x5reps with Squats, Bench and Deadlifts at 90-95% pre Ramadaam weights for the first set and then move down for the rest to maintain strength.

I havent been to stressed over the diet, just make sure I get lotsa water intake between iftaar & sehri morning and get a decent amount of protein (2.2x lbm) in while limiting carbs during the week. For example:
- I sehri with 50grams oats with either a 3 egg, 30gr egg white alubim protein powder+ some cheese omelette or shake with 45 gr raw casein, 1 cup milk, 1 banana + 2 tblspoons no sugar peanut butter.
- Iftaar is 2 medjools, some soup and whatever the wifey makes (protein is usually the star of the show). Limit the rice and other starch during the week but I dont cut it out completely. Don't have any samoosa's, etc

So far I have only lost 3kgs (90kg to 87kg), leaning out nicely, been able to keep my strength levels but recovery time takes forever. I hit the gym Saturday afternoon and my legs are still stiff as hell!

I've been alternating training after asr and training after ifthar. Days that I train after asr, I take it easy, 3-4 exercises per muscle, around 3 sets each. Days after ifthar i train in beast mode.. Everyday after tharawee I eat like a boss (well at least i try to). So far i've lost around 2-3kgs as well so im quite happy and my definition is quite intact.

Oh and an excellent snack i've stumbled up is the Supashape chocolate cookies. 2 cookies in pack = 20g protein and 40g carbs. Tastes like heaven!

I've been training in the evenings after ifthar. We start training around 7pm so not much gap from eating to training. The idea was to go in just for the pump, just for maintaining some size and strength, but it seems we are training harder than before, well seems, cant say for certain, strength is there but recovery is a bad and last night I or we felt it. We are all drained so now to reassess the training and change it up.

Only place I know of that stocks them is Xtreme Nutrition in umhlanga. Not sure if dischem has them as well. For a box of 6 packs (2 cookies per pack) works out to R120. Thats not too bad for an awesome snack, and the high carbs really help Ramadaan time

I've noticed that if i break my fast with just a date, some water and a few savouries and have a light pre-work out. My workouts are much better and I dont feel drained at all. After your session, get home quickly, have a thick shake and a good chow and pack in the carbs and you'll be good to go. That routine works extremely well for me.
