Forearm Splints

So for the past couple of weeks my strength has really increased especially my arms and legs, anyway since I've been going heavier on arms I've been getting a sharp pain in my forearms when putting the weight down, I just pushed through it but now its got to the point where its sore during lifting and now I can't even rest my forearms on the arm rest on my chair at work...
Any advice would really be appreciated! I'm thinking rest them until healed but can I get away with just not training arms because I really don't want to have to cut out all chest shoulders back etc
Thanks

I got this years back when I started training and going heavy and a training partner got them when he started to train with me 2 years back (also new to training), took both of us about 6 months then after that never again...

I took cataflam and it went away after a while... not sure what causes it though?

I think its due to the fact that I'm on my first cycle also I gym by myself at home and I recently got a partner(3 weeks ago) so I'm able to go a lot harder with a spotter which made me realize I wasn't pushing myself at all before, so that must be what it was...

Okay cool maybe ill try that until the forearm heals just to reduce pain whilst training the rest of my body, btw I have Ghrp-6 on the way would that increase recovery? I think MA said it works as an anti inflammatory so that should definitely help...

Hahaha I know exactly what you mean!
I read that its the muscle or tendon (can't rem) that actually detaches from the bone and that's where the pain comes from, so resting it allows the tendon/muscle to re-attach itself...don't know how true that is but its in quite a few articles

Now that you mention it,I definitely think my form has suffered the past few weeks trying to go too heavy, that is most likely what has happened, ill drop the weight and concentrate on form again

Try the cables. different angles - top/bottom/side/across/seated/preacher. You can keep the tension nicely constant through the whole range. Dont underestimate that squeeze! For Bis it really works.
