Maruis Dohne 10 Week Challenge

Howzit chaps

Ok so I've joined a gym (at last) and ready to "gooi it" as some okes may call it. Lost about 12kg so far just by diet and jogging every morning for the past month and a half or so.

My question is I see that Maruis Dohne has that 10Week challange going on and would like to join but do you think its really worth it for R1500? thats only the joining fee with a diet and training program.

In your opinion wont it be better to take the R1500, buy decent food for diet and work out your own program and diet?

If you want to spend money, I would contact DJ, he is the guru and will help you reach your goals.

Alternatively you can put up a diet and training program here for the guys to crit and spend the money on food.

I think you should go for the challenge...but get DJ first.

He is pretty hardcore when it comes to training.

If you are serious.. ask the guys on this forum.. and me who is now safely in his hands.. he knows best.

DJ would be money better spent by far.
