what are you eating or taking before gym

I went through a period where I would also get sick while/after training, so I took blood sugar readings before, during and after training and found that my blood sugar dropped too low. A couple of adjustments to my pre workout meal fixed the issue straight away.

How do you expect to grow if you are not giving your body enough energy? And yes this is also why you are getting nauseous, your blood sugar levels will drop too much.

Maybe post up your diet, cant see how the rest of your diet would be fine if you aren't even having a pre workout meal.

Also suggest reading through the dieting 101 and 102 threads by DJ.

Most pre workouts contain loads of stimulants like caffeine, dimethyl etc etc not to mention quite a decent amount of various creatine esters. So by taking these stimulants and training on an empty stomach is making you crash big time. Your body is totally drained. And by adding the creatine in the mix also dehydrates you quicker so that's why plenty of fluid is recommended. Too much fluid will also make u wana throw up though so be wary of that.

It seems you need a lot of help on nutrition and diet but im def not the guy to give any diet advice lol. Can only tell u basics. Some smart guys on here, ask the right questions and more importantly READ THE DIET SECTION and stickies and u will learn a lot. :)

Sort your diet and your training will improve as will ur gains. And u wont be wasting ur gummiberrijuice

Crea pump has only waxy maize as a carb. So there is nothing raising your insulin levels and glycogen levels before you train. This means your blood sugar will drop like a bat from hell and you will experience nausea and a loss of strength and maybe headaches and now that I think about it pretty much any symptom of low blood sugar. To give you an idea of how much you should be grazing before gym, I used to eat so many carbs before gym that I became nautious and had to force feed myself. Then sometimes puke.

Give it a day or two. Already a big difference. Maybe add slightly more carbs to ur pre workout.
