Lower Back Pain was created by hammertime123
I keep getting pains in my lower back which is probably due to having shit core strength and being 6,8ft in height. My question is when should add in abdominal exercises? I do the normal back and biceps one day, chest and tri's and legs and shoulders the next. When should I add abs in? Maybe I should just change my entire routine altogether as my back keeps getting hurt and it's ruining my workouts.
Please help.

Are you doing compound exercises like deadlifts and squats? Those are great for building a strong core.

Squats are also great for ensuring a free flowing bowel system... Cos for three days after doing squats I kak a second time when I get up off the toilet... hehe

I do squats and dead lifts but I'm scared to go heavy and then I get injured. I guess I have to maybe start really low and slowly work my way up?

If your form is right on dead lifts and squats you won't hurt yourself. As long as your form is spot on go as heavy as you can for that set or your wasting your time.
