the brutality of war, never changes, and the out of control desire to win, makes everything dangerous.

hi all, just want to ask what the cause of the problem could be, had checked my bp and is normal, i supplement iron calcium magnesium seperately and i still take centrum twice a day, this has been going on for a while but is more prominent the day after my leg workouts which i do twice a week, stats: weight=88, bf= +-12%, diet= reasonably clean, if not bp what else could cause this thanx in advance

Did you check bp upon wakening or later the day? What about your blood sugar?

sorry to reply so late had no access to pc for the past week, i check once a week both bp( ralatively low but not dangerous) & blood sugar( normal) according to m8 who is a nurse, cycle info: sustanon 2ml split mon-thurs for 12 weeks, pct doctari-1, completed pct sat 20/10/12 ie 8weeks ago, experienced zero problems or issues during the cycle this started 5 weeks ago, is it neccessary to visit the gp cause i didnt go do my bloods post pct?

lack of salt is also something to consider.......otherwise go see your GP.....if u try standing and the room spins for a few seconds....= inner ear fluid.

i based my diet using the the info i got from this site
5 am 20g dextrose, 20g whey iso, 10g glutimine,10g bcaa, 10g taurine, 5g creatine
6 am 4 whole eggs, 1 cup oats 1/4 cup raisinscranberries mix
9am 1 tin sardines65g
10am 100g chicken breasts and 150g green salad
11.30 am 100g unsalted gaint peanuts
13.00 100g chiken breast, 1 cup cooked rice 100g mixed veg
14.30 20g whey concentrate, 20g dextrose, 20g whey iso, 10g glutimine,10g bcaa,5g beta alanine,10g creatine, 10g taurine
16:00 1 cup oats raw, 1/4 cup raisins cranberries mix
workout 17-18:00(intra - creatine taurine glutamine bcaa 10g each
18:30 50g optimum all in one
20:00 3 150g chicken breasts, 2 cups rice(or 120g pasta), 100g mixed veggies
21.30 50g optimum all in one, 5g creatine
i usually alternate chicken with beef and hake ie one day chicken the next beef & the next hake
the salt angle is possible coz i hardly add salt at all in my food since i learnt creatine taurine also add to the water bloat and i didnt want to over do things
am apologising for replying after a week, have no real acees to the net coz of where i work currently i only get home on fridays and leave the following day but thanks in advance for the advice, everything i learn i try to implement

I sometimes get this when it is hay fever season, could be ALLERGIC RHINITIS, check if you have a fine red horizontal line on your nose.
