Hey guys,
I am hopeful that I can get some help from you guys.
We have a lady at work, that came to me for advice, because I am the guy that exercise, LOL
She is in her 40s, and overweight, so she started to walk every day, for about 5KM, to start getting active.
Her problem is that her calves are in pain for the last month now, since she started to walk, even during the day here at work, where she struggles to walk. She said it is definitely her calve muscles that are sore and tight the entire time.
To me it seems that she has a dietary deficiency of some sort, and I would appreciate some inside from you guys.
Obviously I can refer her to her doctor, but I just thought with all the knowledge on this forum, I might be able to provide her with some alternative advice.
Thanks,

Thanks for the reply Greg,
I asked her about the water and mag intake. As this was the first thing I could think of. Glad to see that we are thinking along the same lines...
