New approach to training - 3 days per week was created by gorilla
So when im done with pct and ive detoxed and everything I want to try a new training program...
Focusing on my delts, legs(hams especially and calves...
Im very busy lately and i get to gym 2-4 times a week, but it should stabilise to about 3-4 soon haha!
How does this sound:
Day 1: Chest+Shoulders
Should total at about 24 sets per workout
Day 2: Legs
Total of 20 sets
Day 3: Back+triceps+biceps
8 sets each part so about 24 sets
Shot and thanks

My split at the moment is pretty similar and I superset between body parts to cut time and increase intensit except, I do back and legs together and arms on their own. The one thing I've found when doing shoulders with chest is my front delts take a hammering after the chest movements and I can't lift the same weights I did previously.

Hey gorilla,
Remember with a split divided like that you need to get all similar and synergist muscles working together as best possible, so as to incorporate as much involvement and as little over-laping as you can.
So what I do (and I recommend for a 3 day split):
Day 1: Legs and core (Quads, hamstrings, calves, abs)
Day 2: Push (Chest, triceps, anterior delts, lateral delts)
Day 3: Pull (Back[lats, traps, rhoms, all of it], posterior delts, biceps)
My issue with your Day 3 is you aren't giving your back enough time. The back is comprised of large percent of the body's muscle and I always feel it deserves a lot of work to cover it all. By putting in triceps, you are working a muscle that is worked on Day 1 and taking time away from you back.
Also I add core on my leg day as super-setted with less intense leg work. You use a lot of core for squats anyway, so you might as well take advantage of that.
My advice.
