MAX OUT your expectations of what is possible for you...you CAN handle the weight
Twitching stomach muscles was created by beemer
Hi,
For the past 2 days my stomach muscles have been twitching - mainly when I'm sitting. You can't really see it from the outside, but can feel it.
It's not painful. Just feels uncomfortably weird.
Has anyone else experienced this, or perhaps know the cause of it?

Are you writing exams/ studying now? Stress and anxiety can cause twitches. Thought it's a viable answer cause it's exam season
Otherwise it can be nerves. What about stimulants and caffeine? What about possible withdraws? Give anything up recently?
Also, does it jump or tense up?

Furk, quite alot of options but none of the above. Doubt it's my pre-workout as I've been all month on it, unless it's time to to take off from it.
Also checked for Anavar sides but nothing mentioned there. The stomach jumps!
