Inflamed elbows was created by Pyroclasm
Morning guys!

I was training biceps and triceps yesterday when I noticed my elbows were getting painful. After tricep pushdowns I noticed they were throbbing and went to have a look in the mirror. There seemed to be a lump near the inside of the elbow. At first I thought it was an extension of my tricep but when I poked at it it was soft and felt like a lump of fluid. It is interesting to note that it was on both sides at the exact same location. Had to stop training immediately and took two Genpayne when I got home and the lumps subsided. Anybody with a similar experience or advise on how to treat this would be appreciated. I am concerned that might have to miss training.

Dont know wtf that bump could be! :pinch:

I suggest you see your doctor and ask him whats up with it? Probably a tennis elbow thing or some shit...

Lets go!

I've suffered from this for over 2 years coming off Winstrol which usually dries out joints.

The problem is then exacberated by hard lockouts and too heavy weights on overhead on normal tricep exercises.

The sack is the bursa in your elbow that has probably accumulated water and blood.

Start wearing proper elbow guards, also when training chest and shoulders. Traing tri's with chest and go for reps.

Be patient and ice.

Mine under control ever since end of last year. Since then, I just strap up, warm up better, etc.

See if your doc can drain the excess fluid.

So I just need to strap up and warm up better and the problem will go away?

P.S: (In the voice of Allan from The Hangover) You probably get this a lot, but you're not the real Doryan Yates are you?

See what the doc says too. Perhaps some good icing in the interim afterwards as well. And make sure elbow guards are nice and tight.

PS-when I hit the gym, cap on and phones in, all I hear is 'go Yates, hold and squeeze'..but no sorry....just a wannabe.
