Rear delts was created by Rhino
Hey gents
What are your thoughts..?
My left rear delt is a different shape to my right one. It's almost like towards my trap a kid took a bite out of it. I always do either bent over raises or rows with dbells and there's no strength difference. I've tried doing only the left with back thinking it'll help it blow out nice and round and catch up training the one side 2 times a week but very little change so far. Is that just genetics or does anyone have any ideas.
Thanks guys.

Is it less developed or does it just look weird?
If it just looks weird then it might just be genetics. It also might just be a matter of tightness in certain muscles. For example the left side of my traps used to be very tight and my right lat as well. Together this caused to walk around tilted to one side constantly. I didn't realize it but it pictures I noticed that I was always bent to the side and one trap always "popped" more than the other.
I started spending some good time stretching, doing some mobility work and foam rolling at some point during the day. I walk much straighter now and both traps pop.
You won't notice a lot of change from focusing on just the one, not at least for a few months. If it is a matter of one being more developed than the other then the solution wouldn't be to train that one more, but rather to train the other one less until they are equal.

Hey.
Ye it's not less developed. The shape is just out it's like it missing a small part towards my trap. Maybe supper setting with rotator movements will help..?
