Your forearms should already be huge from you not having a girlfriend. ;)

With hard work and dedication you can achieve anything!

Hammers.. Wrist curls.. Reverse grip preacher.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

I found that doing pullups made my forearms stronger and bigger. I get an enormous pump in them when doing pullups and chins.

If you can do dead lifts without straps your grip shouldn't give out on biceps.! I find dead lifts give me a serious forearm pump.

Go big or go home...

Get a 40cm stick or rod of some sort (I like wood 'cause of the grip). Cut a rope of length more or less your body height. Tie one end of the rope to the centre of the rod, other to some weight plates. Hold the rod in front of you, shoulder height, over-hand grip. Now roll the rope onto the rod. Lower in the same fashion.

Other people use towels for this, another suggestion is doing pull-work in the gym with a wider grip circumference (like holding dense sponge in your hands). I only feel that sometimes my forearms are tired enough from the previous day's workout (lagging muscles?) that if I incorporate these strategies I'll limit my lifts.

Hope this is what you had in mind Feathers. :)

Works nicely, but for a bigger bang, reverse-wrist-curl the dumbell at the top.

Another nice one is towel hammer curls. take two small gym towels and wrap them around the dummbells and grip around the towel ends whilst doing curls. Also use the towels in the same way on the smith machine whilst doing reverse push ups.

my favourite forearm exercise is what i think you call a drumstick curl, take a weighted bar about 40cm long, hold it at the end and simply move you rist up and down with the bar pointing in front of you. every set go for failure, for me i get a missive pump, and saw results rather quickly

I've also ditched my gloves... hands are suffering like crazy!
My hands fail before my grip or muscles do at the moment... :P

P.s. how do those grip things work for grip strength? You know those squeeze jobbies?
