Sup guys, I'm having trouble with my knees due to a couple of bad motorbike accidents in the past. Squats are killing me. Will I still get good muscle growth if I cut out squats in my routine? Could you recommend some exercises to replace. Thanks

Hey Bandit
Have you had someone tell you exactly what's up with your knees? That may help in finding out why squats are causing pain. Maybe technique issues? I've trained people with no ACL with full depth squats, so generally there's often a reason.
Plenty of ways to still get good muscle growth. Some will recommend leg press ( I dont like). Many single leg variations will provide some awesome strength and growth:
Step ups
Split squats, front elevated and rear foot elevated
Pistol squats
Lunges
Those are all knee dominant variations that will primarily hit the quads. You can also hit the leg extensions as well I guess.
Hip Dominant for posterior chain development:
Deadlifts
Sumo deadlifts
RDL, single leg RDL
Hip Thrusts
again also leg curls
Plenty of options for excellent development
