Flu / Bronchitis was created by MCJ
Hey guys

I've been hit with flu and then bronchitis back to back. Had flu two weeks ago and felt better but apparently my lungs weren't cleared up yet. I trained monday and tuesday last week only to be sick as a dog the wednesday and got antibiotics for bronchitis.

So in 3 weeks I haven't trained at all. My antibiotics will be finished by tomorrow. I feel fine, so can I train today or should I wait a couple more days? Very frustrating as I'm bridging and taking winstrol but can't train.

Eish man, had the same 2 weeks back. Best is to wait it out a little longer, you dont wanna relapse.. I say start training next week again, just to be safe.If i'm not istaken you need to wait atleast 14 days after you finished your antibiotics but for us thats just not possible so just give it a week.

There's no waiting period bud.

@MCJ: I spoke to Greg about this a while back I think I explained it pretty well. Lemme find the link for you quickly.

The next time you get flu ask your doctor to put you on a 10 day course of Avelon. What's happening atm is you are killing 99% of the germ, but that 1% that remains is what's causing you to get ill again. After 10 days of Avelon you can be 100% sure that EVERYTHING is dead!

Pleasure bro! Just remember that you cannot exercise at all while taking Avelon doesn't matter how good you feel. There is a tiny little subnote on the bottom of the side effects list that says you can tear your Achilles tendon if you exercises. True story!

Morning brother! Your system is already under tremendous strain so I would not place any more unnecessary strain on it. Remember that your immune system is shot to pieces right now so chances are minus zero that you will go catabolic and lose fat. I know it sucks bro but try to be patient and just ride it out. Hope you are feeling better my man!

Thanks bud doing better today antibiotics are working well, i will leave the yohimbine then till im better and off the antibiotics. I got clen to run with it so those few kg should fall off fast once i am recovered. Will just eat healthy so that i dont gain weight and keep tabs on the scale. Thanks again for the reply bro.

Goeie vlieende fok!! I give up. 3rd time in 4-5 weeks. Just come from doct once AGAIN! 3rd course anti biotics. Bronchitis with borderline pneumonia. Booked off the whole week and got a lecture. Been doing winny @30mg a week for 3 weeks in bridge but just going to stop and go straight to pct wednesday. Will keep the remainder of the winny and clen for a later short cycle with prop. So I guess there goes another two weeks of no training. Will be 7 weeks total by the time I eventually train again....or die. FML
