I've been hit with flu and then bronchitis back to back. Had flu two weeks ago and felt better but apparently my lungs weren't cleared up yet. I trained monday and tuesday last week only to be sick as a dog the wednesday and got antibiotics for bronchitis.
So in 3 weeks I haven't trained at all. My antibiotics will be finished by tomorrow. I feel fine, so can I train today or should I wait a couple more days? Very frustrating as I'm bridging and taking winstrol but can't train.

I say start training next week again, just to be safe.If i'm not istaken you need to wait atleast 14 days after you finished your antibiotics but for us thats just not possible so just give it a week.
There's no waiting period bud.
@MCJ: I spoke to Greg about this a while back I think I explained it pretty well. Lemme find the link for you quickly.

The next time you get flu ask your doctor to put you on a 10 day course of Avelon. What's happening atm is you are killing 99% of the germ, but that 1% that remains is what's causing you to get ill again. After 10 days of Avelon you can be 100% sure that EVERYTHING is dead!

Nadat ek my rug gebreek het 5 weke terug het ek nog nie EEN ENKELE oefening gedoen nie en dit frustreer die rook uit my uit! Ek meot hierdie week 'n Neurosjirurg en 'n Ortopeed gaan sien dat hulle besluit of hulle gaan opereer of nie, en dan sal ek eers 'n aanduiding kan kry van hoe loank nog.
