@Pyro: Maybe try a Keto diet with fasted cardio first thing in the morning bud? Speak to Greg, I'm sure he'll be more than happy to help you out with this one.

So basically just lose fat? I started my cycle already so need to keep those carbs. I plan on smashing some fat on my bridge (Clen+Winstrol+Proviron) so will up my cardio then.

I would add some yohimbe as well hey pyro. It targets stubborn fat and as you said all your fat is on your abs so that might help. Yohimbe is also a vasodilator and clen transports creatine together with the winny and proviron you will probably gain some more lean mass.

Lets go!

Pyro, I reckon if your diet is clean you could definitely drop some bf whilst gaining muscle mass, so why not include cardio maybe 3 times a week on cycle? I mean, it would kinda be pointless bulking up and gaining fat simultaneously when you plan on losing fat during your bridge don't you think? Unless I'm missing something?

At the moment I am just going to run my first cycle to completion and basically see where that leaves me. I included a vicious cutting bridge for 30 days. Clen+Winstrol+Proviron (+yohimbine maybe) combined with lots of test in my system could do some serious damage if I put my head down and focus. If afterwards I see that I need some more fat loss then I wreckon I will probably do the keto diet.

Today I am going to do abs and calves. For abs I decided to do:
-Hanging Leg Raises (and put a weight on my feet so I can actually feel it this time)
-Rope Crunches
-Ab Roller

Sound good?

I train abs every 2nd day.
monday: full body abs 1 x 30, then 2 x failure
then hanging leg raises 3 x 30

Wednesday: Sit up & crunch (i figured this one out myself). 3 x 15 each
reverse crunches 3 x 20

friday: basic crunch 3 x 30
obliques 3 x 20

Do you guys think its necessary to target the obliques and lower abs directly?
I've been doing 5-6 sets of hanging leg raises followed by 3-4 sets of of cable crunches on the lat pull-down machine. I picked that up from a video of John Meadows training. I do that twice a week. Is that enough for overall ab development or am I going to end up looking like The Situation?

Yes it is. Most people barely hit their lowers and they tend to be the bastards that never come out (highly genetic dependent as well though.) The hanging raises will hit your lowers nicely. Hit some of those bicycle crunches, those opposite elbow to opposite knee thingys, for illiacs and obliques. There are so many ab exercises, mix it up.

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Its legs day, legs day, gotta get down on legs day.
