Dips is best, just watch out for your shoulders. Some people complain about them

Way to much flyes, change to:
Incline db/bb
Flat Bench db/bb
Flys/cable Flys
Chest Dips
can add in a incline flyes and db press superset exercise at the end

Lean a bit forward and avoid locking your elbows you minimize the usage of the triceps. Elbows should be slightly out, not too much.

When doing dips for the purpose of lower chest tou should look upwards and push your chest forward, when leaning forward you put a lot of focus on your tri's.

Also agree with what jackrabbit said on the upper pecs. Without good size on your upper pecs you wiggle to put some good siz and def on your lower pecs...and if you do manage it, it would just look funny.

I agree with looking upwards, but how do you push you chest forward? Not leaning slightly forward will be a normal tricep dip.
