help with inner calve was created by Waldu
Is there any way I can target inner calves, I do mix up my stance, toe in toe out and straight. But still feel all the major work is done on outside calf. I do 6 warmups sets seated 4 heavy seated and 4 heavy standing twice a week.

Drop the weight - get on your toes - the cookies are on the top shelf. Straight stance. Standing.

I feel that a full down with heels below the platform then up on your toes work for me.

I do a superset of donkey calve raises, standing calve raises and seated calve raises, heavy as possible do with solid good form and I aim for 12 reps minimum, but I always go to failure.

Lets go!

I find calves to be the most stubborn fokking muscle ever! I guess is helps if genetically you already have good calf size but other wise it seems like it takes ages to show a good form of growth! Even punishing em 3 times a week

Calves are down to genetics. If you are healthy, and naturally proportioned, your neck, biceps and calves should be about the same size. Grab a tape measure if you don't believe me :P

What's your measurements, Aqueel?

My calves are still small compared to the rest. Legs are not that big in gereral. I'd say 3 times a week is a bit much as you don't have much rest then. I am packing on size on the legs, outer calve just seems to grow quicker.

Nee dankie broer. That shit is expensive and not long lasting at all, apperntly very painful. Ill rather just go with hard-ass training.

I tried it like twice in both calves and let me tell you the pain is bad not being able to walk bad.so i had to stop cause at that time i was on cycle.so not being able to train legs was not worth it.I have 2 friends using it.both have added 1.5-2cm per calve the look is natural.but you have to be lean.

As far is I understand synthol is a substance that inflames the muscle. Not giving you a very good look it terms of definition and more of a swollen look. And in that same sentance very temporary. This might sound as a double standard as I'm using steroids aswell, but synthol seems to be unethical as you don't put any work into it and just enduring the pain of the injection.

The oil stretches the facia around the muscle which allows growth.as the oil goes away the muscle replaces it.as for the look of it take a look at flex wheeler if used properly the results can be good.

If it streches the facia then I suppose the effect could be prolonged as the mucle will be allowed to grow more with a 'larger' or more stretched facia. But still would stay away from that for now lol. Still see how much growth I can get out of decent training before ill take extreme messures like that.

because:
1. You favour seated calve raises
2. You have a slight foot-in stance

Round and smooth. You need that square look.

Almost spot on there bud! Biceps (flexed) = 15.5" and calves are 14.5". Biceps relaxed are about the same as calves

Thanx bud just want to clear up the foot stance...when you said "foot in" did you mean heel in or toe in. I usually alter my stance every set.

Toe in.
You need a neutral stance or toe out. I get a more powerfull contraction using neutral so wouldnt even bother with a different stance.
Seated will hit the outside harder so as long as you do seated as well as standing it should be enough.
