Sport Affecting Gains? was created by MK
Hi Guys

I apologise in advance if I'm posting this in the wrong section.

I just want to know how my on-cycle gains will be affected if I will be playing sport, such as Rugby, for a large portion of my cycle. I am planning on starting my Supertest cycle (Tbol kicker, Winny-Proviron bridge) in around August, but the league continues up until the end of September. I will be playing 3-5 days a week, including practices and then game days (sometimes twice a week). I cannot delay the cycle to a later date, and so will need to start in early August. If I train the day before games and on practice days, will I be fine gains wise provided that I keep my calorie intake up?

I'm thinking that sport can be my form of cardio, as my goals are for as much lean mass as possible as opposed to bulk mass. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I was also very sceptic about my sport at first and I'm actually bigger now with a better strong athletic look.

Don't worry, you'll look tit by summer time.

Agree with Vega5 B)
Whiles I was on a cycle. Had nbeen competing in log distance swimming got a great athletic build from that gains was there but not as much in upper body (chest/biceps) but triceps abs and back got a great form as to when I wasn't on cycle so expect some big calves. And specially with rugby forged forearms of steel!
Enjoy it

Hey MK, I wouldn't stress bud as long as your calories are in line with your activity level and your macros in the right ratios with a higher carb intake.
Seems like it will be a nice cycle too. Keep us updated bro ;)

Thanks David. Going to be contacting DJ for lekker diet and some additional info for eating on practice/match days when I won't be training. Hopefully will be creating a log to track my progress when the time comes!

How are you going to fit your routine into a hectic rugby schedule? Are you going to be training muscle groups in the mornings and rugby in afternoons or on off rugby days are you going to train muscle groups? Just curious.

I would recommend early nights, try to get as much sleep as possible.. That should help. my 2c

Thanks Manery. On practice days I will be training in the mornings, as practices are in the afternoons. Match days I will use as rest days. Days before matches I will also be training.

I've also heard that kkx, hopefully I get a good quality batch. The reason I'm using it because I'm trying to gain quality size and strength, not water retention like with Test Cyp or Enanth... Also the fact that the short esters mean that it will kick in sooner is a bonus. Hopefully gonna reach my next set of goals with this cycle.
