Keeping cycle gains long term ? was created by INCUBUS
Hwzt Just a quick question. How hard is it to keep the gains you have made from a cycle is you body naturally going to want to revert back to what it was before the cycle. I am talking over a year period not just post pct. Will you have to gym harder than before you cycled to maintain those gains?

If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

Eating and training will definitely determine if you keep or loose gains made on juice but if you are comparing natural gains to AAS gains. Natural gains will last longer.
