Chapel, have you tried training them more frequently? 2x a week and sometimes split up into 2 sessions in 1 day with good peri-workout nutrition in both the day's sessions? Really, sometimes a whole weeks rest is too much for a lagging body part.

yep did the twice a week vibe, tried different splits as well between upper and the rest with dumbbells and barbells etc.. Nothing. Thing is stubborn as hell. King kong didn't flex his biceps, he banged his chest, gotta get the fucker to grow :P

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Its legs day, legs day, gotta get down on legs day.

Haha yup I've been there. For me the solution came down doing a lot more fly type movements and focusing on time under tension. My triceps were dominant so benching didn't do shit for me. My close-grip bench was actually higher than my regular bench :/

Good luck with figuring it out. Lagging body parts suck...

ya my close grip bench and normal bench are only 10kgs apart. I am working on my posture which I think is my main culprit, so guess it will just be a long process.
