Well whey is whey and should be ok if they did not add any fillers there. I can tell you that it will not be the same quality as the whey from Ondier. It is the same whey used for Optimum Nutrition products and probably the best money can buy and def cheaper from Ondier than what you paid for your whey

Acually a bit cheaper than from ondier, but if its optimum nutrition you can't compare. ON is basicly the best you can find. If seen he advertises unflavoured and chocolate. Is that the only flavours he has? Not a big fan of choc because of a certain protein I used to use.

R175/kg on supplement world, which works out to pretty much the same price as other supp companies..

That's only recently to be honest. Before that Evox and USN and Biogen all had 2kgs for R350.

But usn and biogen whey should be called 75% whey as there is so much dextrose in it...

That's what I'm worried about the product I'm using now. They claim to be very pure. 24g protein per 28g serving. But I reckon ill be getting my next batch from Ondlier.

Yes vond, 100% pure whey concentrate is 80g of protein per 100g, when u look at the details on those tubs its 68-70g of protein, and if u read down the bottom where it lists ingrediants it puts dextrose in the ingrediants meaning its not 100% pure whey concentrate.

And who's gonna say "our product is stuffed full of filters" evan more difficult to test quality as its not an 'immediate effect' supplement. I have great recovery, but I'm on a huge diet. So can't really say if this one is tops.

Was accualy talking bout the flavoured protein from Ondlier. He's got really good prices. If you could get optimum for 200/kg or more it would still be worth it. Can't put a price on quality. And he's only 185 for flavoured which I think is a good price for the quality of the product.

His flavoured protein is an isolate, as opposed to the concentrate of Ultimate Health. I see they say there's 25g protein in a 28g scoop, which is a joke

Yeah it must reaaly be a great concentrate for that to be true. I acually upped my dosage from 1 heaped scoop to 2 flat scoops to compensate for quality just to make sure I get my 25g of protein.

Cool. I'm still not sure why you compared UH's unflavoured concentrate with Ondier's flavoured isolate from a price perspective though.

Didn't really compare, wanted some other views on UH. ABC01 suggested that odliers quality to price ratio is awesome. That basicly how that came about. UH has got a great taste though. Havnt tried the protein from ondlier but better quality is way better than good taste.

Whey concentrate is 80% protein. They are advertising 89% protein on their label aka false advertising. 25g/28g. Either supplement world ripping people off or negligent admin fault or they have discovered a 89% WPC which is very unlikely
