Hi any advice on what kind of supplements I can use for best results.

My weight is 55.6kg and I am about 1.71 tall.

I am trying to get into the gym like hubby is but hell I wanna se results. Where can I get a diet or healthy eating plan.

We are still new to the site and I am enjoying this forum,

Hi I want to try out for fitness next year. I started on 0.5ml of Test for 2 weeks. I want to shape up.

Well enjoy those side effects! Women should not be using test,if u want to have a square jaw,deep voice,hair loss and acne then u are using the right substance.who ever told u to do that should be kicked in the head.women should not use test!
