insulin response from bcaa powder was created by ice-rip
Hi all
Been a while since I've been on. Hope all is well.
I'm needing to drop my weight so I have decided to incorporate some fasted am training and of course adjust my diet to a deficit amount of calories
I ve read that ingesting 10g bcaa powder pre workout can help with catabolism. My question is does it raise insulin by much so that fat burning is halted therefore rendering the fasted am training useless

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.
