GABA in Tea

I was wondering if its okay to put GABA in your Chamomile tea before bed?
As tea is hot... would the hot water destruct the properties of the GABA?

GABA on its own tastes like Shyte...

I must say...
Chamomile Tea with Green Tea (1 bag of each) + GABA + ZMA = you sleep like a baby!
Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

Yo, I have not seen anyone saying taking GABA in Hot water is a problem.

Hmm, Green Tea has caffeine in it, so should actually keep you up. You probably find it's just the Chamomile and the GABA doing the trick.
