ZMA yay or Nay

howsit guys.

is it worth investing in some ZMA? what sort response have you seen from supplementing with ZMA?

I have used SSN ZMA in the past and it did what the bottle said- promotes good sleep and muscle recovery etc. Personally I think Gaba is better, and cheaper [it makes your body secrete more natural HGH], and decent chemist should have Gaba in stock.

I supplemented with both zma and gabba for about 4 months straight last year. Cant say that it made any real difference if i had to think back. Hated the weird feeling Gaba gave and did not finish the 1kg i bought. If you had to choose i would say zma
