So I was stupid enough to make an appointment to gauge my official bf% today.
STupid yes, but also necessary.
Well its only at 1pm and i was instructed not to eat or drink anything until then for accurate results.
So, right now i have eaten NOTHING, drank NOTHING.
THIS IS WHAT I WOULD HAVE CONSUMED BY NOW (10:30AM)
06:30 - 2.5 weet bix with low fat milk & 1 scoop massive muscle
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 slice toast
- 500ml water
10:00 - 3 scoops massive muscle (with water)
- 1 carrot raw (smaak them crunchy...lol)
- 1 apple
Flip guys - i dont know how im gonna last another 2.5 hours with no water (in 36 degree weather) and no food?! :S
Anyway, will be good once i know what my proper bf% is so that i can set a goal and work toward it.
Will let you all know if i'm a fatty later...
Peace...

LMAO!
I knew i was bound to get a few digs from you guys...
Hey - i thought i'd get some sympathy from my fellow iron pumpers knowing how much we love our food?!
Anyway - update: I was 17% bf when i joined this forum which was probably around 2 months ago, and im now down to 11% largely due to reading advice & tips posted by all of you, so thanks everyone!
Now that iv eaten and had a kak lot of water to drink, you can all expect my future posts to make a bit more sense and actually have a purpose to them...
