I have read on a few forums that you can use Vitamin B6 to combat prolactin sides at 600mg a day? Is this the recommended dose?

I've tried this and it doesn't work too well... actually don't even think it works. Also to get 600mg you will need to down a shit load of pills and 600mg might even be harmful.

As admin said, to much B vitimins is harmful, hence the reason you should not go over 1 mill of B Co a week, B12 you can comfortably take 3 mills.

Drop the kessar immediately, you really should not take any SERM with substances like Trenbolone, Nandrolone and Oxymetholone. That will just make it worse.
Rather use Dostinex/Cabaser or Parlodel with Letro, Arimidex or Aromasin.
If you use Parlodel, remember to start on 1/4 tab per day first, because some men get sick as hell from the stuff and I got pretty sick yesterday from only 1/2 a tab.
