Novedex XT + clen + heat on a cut

Hi

I have 6 weeks left on my diet before my first cycle.

I am aiming to lose 6-8kg in these 6 weeks.

This is my currernt plan: (I am in week 1 now)

week 1 Heat
week 2 Heat
week 3
week 4 Clen
week 5 Clen
week 6 Clen

I am taking 2mg of ketotifen per day and will add betasleep when the clen starts.

I have my diet sorted and doing min 60min cardio per day

My question is: Will (in your opinion) Novedex XT help?

I was thinking it could benefit on the lines of estrogen control as I store my fat like a chick (legs and arse).

if u are storing fat in an estrogen related way use the novadex xt but if u can get hold of a-dex and use that for the 6 weeks,use a yohimbine based burner from week 3-4 and during your clen usage,yohimbine is known for getting rid of lower body fat....

does lower body fat include the lower belly flab :laugh:

no thats got to do with diet its for legs and buttocks and really any estrogen related fat storage...works very well on women

I have access to a-dex , do you rate it's better than novedex?

I should have asked his way: when I'm losing fat (currently more fat in those areas) , will novedex or a-dex help reduce those areas more so than without.?

I will be taking rever for weeks 3-6.

Im not sure what Novedex is, if its otc, then yes real A-dex is WAY more powerful, also Adex will lower estro level where as Novedex or even real Nolvadex will only block it at certain tissue

Nolva will be schedule 4 / 5...
