Besides, unless you're low carbing you'll have a ton of available glucose supplied by your muscle and liver glycogen.

so intra work out shake should look like this :
25-30g of vitargo
10g bcaa's
5g creatine
5g arganine
5g glutamine
post work out shake
whey protein
5-10g creatine
5-10g glutamine
and dextrose or vitargo.
i havent put in values for the dextrose and whey as it is all person specific and dont wanna give a random number.

sorry to say this but that is silly idea as then if no food is to be ingested before a work out or during a work out then where are u going to get energy from?
Your liver and muscle glycogen (your TWO DAY supply of stored energy (glucose), the energy you have to burn through when starting a ketogenic diet).

that means u(in simple terms) saying that training should be done first thing in the morning with no food in u for best result? what about the part where carbs are nessesary for muscle contraction to be at maximum?
I am saying you should wait for at least 2 hours after a meal before you train, so as to allow your circulating insulin levels time to drop, so they won't affect growth hormone release.
I'm not against having whey or BCAA's before training, to prevent catabolism.
Intra workout nutrition is just the lastest supplement company scam.
