Vitamin B12 injections was created by snyman
Howzit guys,

I am considering taking weekly Vitamin B12 injections that you can buy at any major pharmacy.

Thinking of mixing half of B complex with normal B12. Will take one injection per week with two weeks on and two weeks off.

According to some people it may help you with training. It will increase your red blood cells, increase energy and mental focus and help with bodybuilding in general.

What is your opinions on this? Will you recommend it?

Do you know of any guys using this with training.

Ciao,

Snyman

I'm using 1/2ml of both B12 and Bco atm , +- every second day,
once a week isn't gonna help much if anything.
A bit more energy and an increase in appetite so far.

So you recommend taking it then every second day? For how long?

My appetite is quite of these days, have to force myself to eat. Do eat healthy and at least 6 times per day. So hope that the injections will help with this also

I agree with BB_guy. You need to go at least E2D or ED if possible. And the B Comp has such a nice little bite to it.

I've have used it before for about +-6 weeks to 2 months with no probs
I'm unaware of it being toxic in small frequent doses over a long period of time, but I could be wrong.

I you needing a boost in appetite, I'm sure it will help

Like Vega said, the B-co has a lekka sting :-)

ED = every day
EOD or E2D = every other day or every 2nd day

Also if you type in "intramuscular injection technique" in YouTube you should get several videos showing you "how" "where" etc

I don't think it really matters as its a water based injection.

BB_Guy....

I've done my reading up on B12 and Bcomp inj and I have to say, I got alot of criticism on it. Most say that it does nothing for you energy levels and mental status and that they also say that there is no miracle energy injection.

Doctors say that if you don't have a B12 deficiency (hope I spelled that right) then inj yourself with it won't help much...

what recearch did you get on it cause I have myself 3 bottles of each and contemplating if I also should inj E2D?

To be honest haven't done any research so to speak, just read up on the basics.
Agree it's nothing magical, and if you taking a good multivitamin, you might not even notice a difference.
All I can suggest, is try it out for a week or two and see if you notice a difference :-)

I used B12/complex 1m x 1m once or twice a week.

Does help for focus sometime and you bodies immune system and so on.

I never heard of taking it every second day.
