Cassein Tummy Blues was created by maximus26

Hey guys

I have noticed over the past 2 weeks that when I consume Cassein (shake) it tends to give me the runs :blush:

This has never happened before and I have used cassein for couple of years now. Did I somehow become intolarent? Using same brand as always. Im not lactose intolarent as milk etc doesnt affect me

You should give Graeme Smith that recipe. He hardly ever gets runs.

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

Probeer Probiflora 4, te koop by Dischem en ander groot apteke. Ek kry ook groot probleme met my maag van die WPC, eiers, amandels (proteins)ens. en het gevind dat dit nogal baie help.
