I wanted to get some in at one stage but allthough there are some proof that it works it seemed like there have not been a lot of studies done on it.
However I do not see it as a bad sup. For what its worth I know of woman (46) that tried it end of last year and drop 3kg without changing diet or training. She was a bit overweight but not fat.
I certainly think its worth it. Though to be honest in my experience you can't really get CLA for that much cheaper than the supplement companies sell it in the first place.
