Evox 100% whey on palumbo diet?

I calculated and need about 3 tubs per month of iso-pro at about R1500!

Do you think evox's claim of 3g per 100g of their whey is valid? cos I can get 5kg for about R780

How hard is it to get it tested?

Evox 100% whey is a whey concentrate so it will have 10g carbs per 100g that i can assure u...so just be carefull with your whey value,i only suggest when using a concentate to use 50g max and then i adjust the fat content in the eggs and have minimal peanut butter cos to many carbs is a bad thing...so i suggest if u are using whey concentrate have at least one of your peanut butter shakes substituted with mac nut oil as that doesn't contain any carbs.

They claim concentrate isolate mix and im positive it is mostly concentrate but you think theyll talk that much kak and say it has 3g carb per 100g and in reality it has closer to 8 or 10g?

Mr Sa I really dont have any problems with evox whey, i like that it has higher protein than other guys but the one thing i cant take is the KAK taste

Evox will be fine, but you can't mix it with Peanut Butter (the carb content will be too high). Mix it instead with Absolute Organix Omega 3:6:9 oil. You can find it at Dis-Chem (in the fridge).

As a general rule on Keto, whey isolate with peanut butter, whey concentrate with oil.

What flavour are you taking?

I really worry about SA supplements... are they are not labrotory tested and we dont have the strict laws and testing facilities etc here, as they have overseas.

bigdave u can use whey concentrate and peanut butter,as long as the daily macro's are below 30-40g of carbs then its fine,i have a guy who is 106kgs lean mass using 3 whey concentrate and peanut butter shakes a day and a nut meal and his carb content is at 38g a day and gets into ketosis very easily...

if you are using concentrate and peanut butter and your carb content goes over 40g a day,just lower the amount of peanut butter used and add oil like u suggested big dave or use a different butter like mac nut butter, its higher in fat and lower in carbs... peanuts are +/-50% fats, macadamia nuts are +/- 75% fat... and u can make your own mac nut butter at home..tastes pretty awesome too...

yea,take mac nuts,put them in a blender,turn on,come back 10mins later tada!

oh add 5g of salt per 250g of nuts otherwise its a little bland..

Thanks for the tip. Will try out the Mac Nut butter. Where can i find Mac Nut oil?

I'll often drop the peanut butter with the isolate, and use oil, so that i can drink my coffee with milk.

ummm i get it from the local everfresh here in durban, the company that makes it is royal macadamia and the number on the bottle is : 031 765 4533 or 083 630 6428 give them a call and ask who supplies it in your local area... i think jackrabbit1 got it at fruit and veg city in JHB..

i get all my nuts from gorima's spices,in durban,they are about R40 per kg,and i mean u are going to be using 20-30g per serving so that 1 kg will last u a while...

There are a few Pick n Pay's around that sell Mac Nut Oil... just look by the olive oil section.

Bought sum Mac nuts yesterday, ground it to a thick milky syrup and I must admist it is the bomb (taste wise), and cholestrol free
