bud here is a copy of a 2500 calorie diet with a 50% protein 30% carbs 20 % fat, with a high carb day, this should help u get up to a decent weight with a decent training programme, some self control and and motivation,if u start to pick up body fat, throw in a minimum of 20mins cardio 3 times a it should help keep your body fat down,if u throw in a decent eca or some clenbutrol i am sure it will give u the desired effects u are looking for....note this is my diet,i eat the same thing everyday coz i dont particularly like brown rice and chicken but i block it out mentally so i dont over diet with the foods i like!
hope this helps... (File Removed)

I need the advice of the forum and do not know exactly were to post this but i would like the input of anyone and all about the following:
A friend of mine in the motor cycle club i ride with has MS ( muscular Sclerosis) and had a accident this weekend. Not serious but still. The reason was that his left leg " gave in" when he tried to balance when he stopped. Afterwards he mentioned that he would like to get strenght back into his legs and take some sort of supplement or something to assist him. I did not mention anything to him as i NEVER want to give anyone the wrong info but would like to pose this question to the forum if there is anything to assist the man. I would have loved to hear the input of Doctari but anyone else`s would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks alot guys.
