Hey guys, would like to know what supplements have worked best for you and what results have you gotten. What do you recommend.

I know diet is the most important factor in regards to your gains, just would be interesting to hear which supplements may enhance it.

Didnt really do anything for me in growing wise but got me amped to throw weights around.
