A supplement company is a supplement company, I don't have any particular faourites. But many will rave about the Animal Pak. It's a pretty well rounded muli-vit and mineral. v

I will only use their vits... long ago when stack 1 was available i'd say go with that.... but now i only really use pack

If you're gonna stay natural i'd say its a good option.
i used MANY tins of the Mstak, stak2, pak stack.
Very good strength gains etc.

But, for that price? they can keep it. Spend the money on extra food.

jeah, all those things do work 'a little' but for the price, no ways.. maybe the animal pack but for the rest I would just buy decent food...
