Dischem prices increase - reason?

Ok guys, here's an update on my Colostrum drinking experiment. Sorry that it took me so long, but I caught the flu last week; so I didn't train for a couple of days.

Here is a photo of what Colostrum looks like. The glass on the left is Colostrum and the one on the right is normal full cream milk.

I did drink the stuff and it actually wasn't too bad, it tastes just like milk... the only disgusting thing is the texture/thickness.

I'm mixing a glass of Colostrum with a glass of milk and 30g Whey protein...

I'm going to use this formula for a few months and report back if I notice any positive effects on muscle growth and/or recovery times.

Animal Pak give me a kick after taking it... I was thinking those tabs you get at the supermarkets..
Its in the metalic orange and purple... Nam-pad or something...( I prob got the name totally wrong)
