yeah thanks Netro, but BBG is saying you can get it at a grocery store, but i seriously beg to differ

I have never seen them at a grocery store, I noticed when he said that and then I started to wonder if he is even living in SA, overseas you can get it but don't think you can here

There's a gym near my work that still sells eggnology, doesn't look very appetizing though... the one i looked at still had shells in it. Some guys I know who use it says its fine though and saves them a lot of money.

Ja overseas there's a ton of these type products, you even get the whites in ready to drink flavoured cartons.

Yeah if you contact the guy from the site for eggnology he'll let you know where to get it.... A catering company should also be able to let you know where to get it as they use it for cooking...

Another supplement company sells frozen liquid egg whites, but I don't know if they are any good.

I was at one stage in contact with guy that sold egg whites and member of the forum also went looking at it in Joburg with ummm... unpleasant results.

Problem is that if that stuff does not get frozen asap or if the dude/machine that seperates them throws in a bad one in I hope you have 3ply tiolet paper and a pile of skeit-skrifte. :laugh:

I think its probably cheaper to have your own chickens...Fresh eggs daily! And I suppose if you dont grow too attached to the chickens they would make for a tasty meal too...Sorry, I know its off topic but thought i'd share!

Im gonna be off chicken for awhile, cant handle chicken any more just thinking of it makes me wanna chunder...

snok,make chicken mince bro,it makes life so much easier, after eating 800g of chicken a day at one stage i couldnt handle chewing through a bland breast again,i make chicken mince once and i will never go back...its just so nice and every time u cook it its different in taste so u dont get bored of the same flavours..

A couple of years ago I used to buy powered egg whites from a guy here in Roodepoort and it was brilliant. They always advertised in the Muscle Evolution. I'm under correction but the name could be Eggtech

What a luck, the first old Muscle Evolution I pick up has the ad in. The product is Pure White by EggTech, EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED, 0114625744. 1kg=250 egg whites

I would say Protein, L-Glutamine and Creatine are a must. There are many others but i also like to keep it basic. Creatine Mono. etc.

Basically something someone once told me is eat right firstly, then supplement and always bracket yoour workouts with the above 3 supps.

May be wrong but someone I like it.
